Funeral Services for Annie Shackelford, 100, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 11:00AM Saturday, August 18, 2012 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe with Rev. Gordon Skip Dean and Rev. Calton Yeager officiating. Interment will be held in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Calhoun.

Mrs. Shackelford was born on September 21, 1911 in Monroe, LA and passed away on August 15, 2012 in West Monroe, LA.

She is survived by her children, Patricia Culpepper and husband Howard, Mel Shackelford and wife Bobbie, and Ronnie Shackelford; grandchildren, Steven and Ophelia Culpepper, Bryan Shackelford and wife Rachel, Mark Shackelford, Chris Shackelford and wife Melissa, Lisa Deason and husband Quint; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Leoda Shackelford; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Bryan Shackelford, Mark Shackelford, Billy Martin, Howard Culpepper, Marvin Jones, and Chris Shackelford.

Visitation will be held from 5:00PM until 8:00PM Friday, August 17, 2012 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Memorials may be made to The Gideons International.

To All of the Family. I do not know a finer woman who walked this earth than Ms. Zora Carroll. She was ALWAYS kind and always had a smile on her face. God is truly holding her hand today and she is rejoicing in His love. God Bless all of you.
