Funeral services for Edna Elizabeth Perry Gebhardt, 89, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Mulhearn Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Scott Brandle officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
Mrs. Gebhardt, a wife and homemaker of 26 years, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at her home in Monroe, LA. She loved gardening, her flowers, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. She retired from ULM book store after 30 years.
Mrs. Gebhardt was preceded in death by husband John, parents Foster and Anita Perry, and sister Rose Marie Perry.
Survivors include her children Clint Gebhardt and his wife Lila of Monroe, LA., Cathy Gebhardt of Monroe, LA., Claudia Gebhardt of Monroe, LA., Danny Gebhardt and his wife Sharon of Monroe, LA.; her grandchildren, Clint Perodeau and wife Jennifer of Calhoun, LA., Tonya Atkinson and husband Joe of Hattiesburg, MS., Carla Rushing and her husband Tom of Jackson, MS., Kimberly Gebhardt of Monroe, LA., John Gebhardt and his wife Beth of Shreveport, LA., Ryan Gebhardt and wife Madeline of Ruston, LA.; her great-grandchildren, Chase, Josie, Riley, Tucker, Anna Clair, Clayton, Avery, Alex, AJ, Spencer, her beloved cat, Willie and dog Si.
Pallbearers will be Tom Rushing, Joe Atkinson, John Gebhardt, Ryan Gebhardt, Chase Atkinson and honorary pallbearers, Dr. Greg Green, Clint Perodeau, and Tucker Perodeau,
Visitation will be 10:00AM to 11:00AM, Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Mulhearn Funeral Home.
