Benny Neil Johnson, Sr.

Graveside services for Benny Neil Johnson, Sr., 88, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 3:30 PM Sunday, November 4, 2018, at Prewitt Cemetery near Mangham, LA, with Rev. Calvin Stapp officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Monroe, LA.

Mr. Johnson was born August 3, 1930, in Alto, LA, and passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018, at his residence. He graduated from Mangham High School and was a member of Evangel Assembly of God. He was an United States Army Veteran serving in the Korean Conflict. Benny was retired parts manager at Ryan Chevrolet with over 52 years of service. He was a 32nd degree Mason and past Master of Walker George Lodge #457.

Survivors: Daughters, Sharon Albritton and husband, Victor and Marilyn Prejean; Son, Benny Neil Johnson, Jr. and wife, Mary Lee; 6 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Victor Lynn Albritton, Jr., Brian Neil Albritton, John Wade Haile, Keith Hornsby, Bobby O’Neal and Wayne Fleming.

Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Saturday at Mulhearn Funeral Home in Monroe, LA.
