Funeral Services for Mrs. Betty Beebe Landrum, 78, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, August 31, 2010 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe with Rev. Danny McIlveene officiating. Interment will follow in the Antioch Methodist Church Cemetery in West Monroe, LA.
Mrs. Landrum entered this world on August 9, 1932, and went to be with her Lord on August 28, 2010. Mrs. Landrum served the Lord and her community as a dedicated nursery and Sunday School worker for 45 years at Fellowship Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, John M. Landrum; parents, Jeffie and Mary Beebe; sister, Estelle Beebe Cunningham; her granddaughter, Shelley Denise Landrum and great-granddaughter, Caitlin Denise Hull.
Survivors include her two brothers, J.D. Beebe and Glen Beebe; three sisters, Katherine Beebe Whittington, Jean Beebe Sturgis, and Joyce Beebe May; three sons, Curtis Justin Landrum and wife, Linda, John Randell Landrum and wife, Cindy, and Kenneth Ray Landrum; one daughter, Brenda Denise Landrum Kennedy; seven grandchildren, Billy, Stacy, Holli, Justin, Randell, Heather, and James David; and four great-grandchildren, Bryce, Alyssa, William, and Cayden.
Pallbearers will be Henry Hanson, Harvey Hanson, Harvey Arrant, Charlie McCain, Randell Landrum, Harold Snowden, Hershell Howell and Joseph Nolan.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday, August 30, 2010 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
