Interment will follow in Lone Cherry Cemetery, 651 Hwy. 622, Mangham, LA. 71259, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Rayville.Mrs. Wiggins was a pharmacist at West Carroll Hospital, and passed away on June 5, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elvis and Daisy Neal.Survivors include: Husband, Jeff Wiggins of Winnsboro, LA., Children; Mark Wiggins of West Monroe, LA., Lori Malone and husband Keith of Tuscumbia, AL., Clint Wiggins and wife Amy of Sterlington, LA., Randall Wiggins and wife Becky of Oak Grove, LA., and Jonathan Wiggins and wife Amy of Greeley, CO., 2 Brothers; Kenny Neal and wife Terri, and Rusty Neal, all of Winnsboro, LA., her mother-in-law, Madge Wiggins of Oil City, LA., 20 Grands and 1 Great-Grand, “as she called them”, and a host of other family and friends.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Salvation Ministries, P. O. Box 2289, Gallup, New Mexico, 87305 Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until, on Friday June 10th at Praise Fellowship Church in Baskin, LA.
