Charlie M. WalkerFuneral Services for Mr. Charlie M. Walker, 96, of Calhoun, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, February 28, 2015 in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Rev. Marvin Downs and Rev. Butch Pilcher officiating. Interment will follow in the Aulds Chapel Bible Church Cemetery.Mr. Walker was born on May 23, 1918 in Downsville, LA and passed away on February 26, 2015. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Tidwell Walker; and by his daughter, Charlotte Haley.Survivors include his children, Bobby Joe Walker, Charles W. Walker and wife, Cindy; brother-in-law, I.H. Tidwell; grandchildren, James “Chubby” Garland and wife, Sharon, Jerry Don Walker and wife, Kaila; Bobby Joe “Snowball” Walker, Jr., Kenny Wayne Walker and wife, Donna, Joel W. Walker and wife, Melissa, Kim Haley, Dustin Louis Spiller and wife, Whitney, Joshua “Shorty” Walker, Tracie Lynn Leehy, and LaQuita Walker; 21 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.Pallbearers will be Joshua “Shorty” Walker, Dusty Spiller, Mitch Walker, Dillon Walker, Kent Thurston, and Scott Green.Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
