Funeral services for Clete Ambous Russell, 86, of Monroe, will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 24, 2010, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe with Rev. Stuart Sherman officiating. Interment will follow at Liberty Cemetery in Linville, LA.
Mr. Russell passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2010, in Monroe, LA. He was a member of St. Andrews Methodist Church.
Mr. Russell was preceded in death by his parents, D. Gill and Donie McKennie Russell; sister, Ruth Ann Russell; and brother, Burton Russell.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby M. Russell; son, Martin Wayne Russell and wife Judy; daughters, Cindy L. Russell and Jacque D. Russell; brother, W. C. Russell and wife Nellie; sister-in-law, Yvonne Russell; two grandchildren, Doug and Charlotte Russell; and four great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
