Funeral services for Darrell Wayne Robertson 53, of Monroe, will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, April 13 2016, in the chapel at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Rd, Monroe with Rev. Robyn Cox officiating. Interment will follow at Liberty Cemetery, Linville La.Mr. Robertson died Sunday, April 10, 2016 at St Francis Medical Center. He worked as an electrician, brick mason, and in the oil field. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and Nascar racing. He loved his two daughters and two granddaughters. Mr. Robertson loved and cared greatly for his partner in life, Lesley, who was also his best friend. Mr. Robertson was a member of Christ Church of West Monroe. Mr. Robertson was preceded in death by his mother, Dollie Ruth Scarborough Perot; father, Freddie Robertson; maternal grandfather, Sim Scarborough; and grandmother, Ruth Lee ScarboroughSurvivors include step father, Max Perot; daughters, Jessie Thompson (Kenny) of Baton Rouge, Frankee Robertson (Seth) of Rocky Branch; granddaughters, Harper Thompson, Baylee Thompson; partner in life, Lesley Carter; brother, Shannon Robertson; sister, Dawn Robertson; and numerous, nieces, nephews and cousins.
