Mrs. Govea was born February 27, 1962 in Texarkana, Arkansas and passed away November 23, 2009 in West Monroe.
Mrs. Govea is preceded in death by her parents; Richard and Doris Jeter.
Survivors include her husband, Mark Govea; daughters Eva Carter Beau, Jamie Smith and Cynthia Bradley Davis and husband Jessie; grandchildren, Brittany, Natalie and Angel Davis.
Visitation will be 2:00 PM Wednesday until service.
