Diane Dollar Harris

Katheryne Diane Dollar Harris,72, of Monroe Louisiana, was called home to her Lord on August 1, 2021. Diane was born March 26,1949. She was a Special Education Administrator for Monroe City Schools and retired from the Monroe City School Board in 2009. Diane received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Northwestern State University, and her Masters plus 30 from Northeast Louisiana University. She was a member of First Presbyterian in Monroe Louisiana.
Diane Harris was preceded in death by her parents James Silas Dollar and Nancy Katheryne Dollar.
Mrs. Harris is survived by her husband Richard Harris, Her daughters; Laura Nickelson and her husband Lance of Monroe LA. Allison Ricks and her husband Billy of Loveland, CO; son, Matthew Yoes and his spouse Jake of Fayetteville, AR; Stepson Joel Harris and his wife Jennifer of West Monroe, LA; brothers, Rev, Jim Dollar and his wife Judy of Indian Land, S.C.;, David Dollar and his wife Kathy of Natchitoches, LA; sisters, Dr. Susan Dollar of Natchitoches, LA, and Ellen Dollar and husband Dr. George Conklin of Austin, TX.; and grandchildren, Thomas Nickelson, Katheryn Nickelson, Kaitlin Ricks, Carter Ricks, Anna Beth Harris, and Emma Kate Harris.
