Doris Elizabeth MadenfortGraveside service for Mrs. Doris Elizabeth Madenfort, 91, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 1:00PM Friday, January 30, 2015 in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery with The Rev. Richard H. Norman officiating, visitation will be prior to the services, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Monroe. Mrs. Madenfort was a member of Grace Episcopal Church. She was a past member of the Monroe Garden Club and the Junior League in Brookhaven, MS. She was a beloved daughter, big sister, wife, aunt, great aunt and great great aunt. Mrs. Madenfort enjoyed life and was a wonderful friend. Doris was preceded in death by her parents, Mrs. Lena Mae Wright Redden and John Henry Warren; husband, Major James Arthur Madenfort; brother, Clarence Edward Warren; two sisters, Cordelia Warren Simmons and Jean Warren Golden; and beloved brother-in-law, John B. Simmons, Jr.Survivors include her niece, Diana Ritter and husband A.J.; nephew, Gerald Kimble Crow and wife, Rev. Marcelle; great nieces and nephews, Alyson Ritter Perryman and husband, Tommy, Jennifer Crow, Allen Joseph Ritter, III and wife Meredith, Jimmy Crow, and Mary Beth Crow; Great Great Nephews and Nieces, Kimberly Massey, Edward Massey, Brittany Massey, and Peter Massey, Jr., Thomas Allen Perryman, Sarah Grace Ritter, William Reid Ritter.Memorials may be made to Grace Episcopal Church.
