Howell passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at St. Francis Medical Center Downtown.Mrs. Howell was preceded in death by her parents, Cicero and Lillie Mae Cain; two brothers, Donald and Cicero “Buddy” Cain; her husband, Ezra Howell; and her sister, Leona LeMaire.Survivors include her sister-in-law, Azell Cain; numerous nieces and nephews, and her loving canine, Tito.
