 Funeral services for Eva Ruth Kilpatrick Bonnette, 79, of West Monroe will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, April 19, 2008 at Pleasant Hill Church in West Monroe with Bro. Lamar Cranston and Bro. George Jacobs officiating.  Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Church Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe.
Mrs. Bonnette died on April 16, 2008 at the West Monroe Guest House.  She was a very active member of the Pleasant Hill Church serving as the secretary, Sunday school teacher and her specialty Vacation Bible School.  Mrs. Bonnette was the first secretary for Woodlawn Elementary School where she served for 20 years.  She loved art, sewing, cooking and traveling.  Mrs. Bonnette was very active in the 4-H Program.  Mama’s purpose in life was caring for other people.
She is preceded in death by her parents John Hubbard and Katie Mae Kilpatrick, sister, Mona Fay Kilpatrick, and daughter, Donna Marie Bonnette.
 Survivors include her loving husband of 59 years, Ken Bonnette, Sr.; children, Janice Reeves and husband Gene, Ken Bonnette, Jr. and wife Lisa, Bruce Bonnette and wife Anne Louise, Pam Dollar and husband Doug; grandchildren, Chris Reeves and wife Ashley, Matthew Reeves, Brynner, Logan, Carly, Kendall Bonnette, Amber Kimble and husband Josh, Heather and Daniel Bonnette, Savannah and Alana Dollar; great grandchildren, Connor, Madison, Tori and Luke; twin sister, Neva Brown and husband Tony, brother, Bobby Kilpatrick and wife Betty; sister, Myrle White and husband Jimmy, and brother Ralph Kilpatrick and wife Sharon; numerous nieces and nephews and special friend, Helen Stowe.
 Pallbearers will be Chris Reeves, Matthew Reeves, Brynner Bonnette, Logan Bonnette, Daniel Bonnette, and special friend, Pete Messina.
 Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday, April 18, 2008 at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe.
 Memorials may be made to the Ouachita Parish 4-H Program at 704 Cypress Street, West Monroe, LA. 71291.

Mama’s life was so full and rich of selfless giving.  Her greatest joys were her faith, her family and her friends.
