Funeral services for Mrs. Evelyn Rogers Woodruff Dunn, 81, of Monroe, will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, October 31, 2007, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Rev. Ron Charrier officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Dunn passed away Friday, October 26, 2007. She was a resident of Monroe for over fifty years where she was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Ruth Bible class. She retired from the State of Louisiana Telecommunications. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Manuel Lee Woodruff; and son, Edmund Lee Woodruff.
Survivors include her husband, Louie C. Dunn of Grayson; daughter, Dianne Massey and husband Michael of Shawnee, OK; grandsons, Chris Jandebeur, and John Jandebeur; half brother, Jack Rogers; and four great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Eugene Dunn, Carl Dunn, Chris Jandebeur, Connie Rolen, and John F. Jandebeur. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Billy Latson, and Roy Burgess.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Mulhearn Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Crossover Ministries, or the First Baptist Church of Monroe Building Fund.
