Funeral services for Mrs. Fredericka Merriman Durham of Monroe, LA will be held at 10:30 AM Friday, July 24, 2009, at First Christian Church with Rev. Randy Cook officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
Mrs. Durham was born in Fayetteville, AR on January 28, 1930 and passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2009. She retired from United Gas as a supervisor and was a member of First Christian Church.
Mrs. Durham was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Durham; parents, Grady A. and Mae Karsten Merriman; and brother, Grady B. Merriman.
Survivors include her sisters, Ann Cline Galloway and husband Trent of Monroe, LA and Lynn Merriman Phillips of Dallas, TX; sister-in-law, Pat Merriman; nieces and nephews, Kim Merriman, Keith Merriman, Kurt Merriman, Jaclyn Esposito, Dean Phillips, and Pamela Johananoff.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Thursday, July 23, 2009 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
