Funeral services for Furn Burris, 87, of Monroe, will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, August 26, 2009 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe with Rev. Chuck Johnston officiating. Interment will be at Coax Cemetery in Baskin, LA.

Mrs. Burris passed away Saturday, August 22, 2009.

Survivors include her daughters, Jacqueline Tousinau and husband Dan of Seymour, TN and Odessa Burris of Oceanside, CA; two grandchildren, Craig Mitchell Tousinau of Prairieville, LA and Kimberly Danielle Combs of Kingsport, TN; great granddaughter, Caroline Tousinau; brother, Billy Lewis of Monroe, LA; and sister, Ann Gaspadarek of Mobile, AL.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
