Survivors include his mother, Kelly D. Fortenberry and husband Jonathan; siblings, Justin Lane Fortenberry, Peyton Campbell of Magnolia, AR, Kelsey Lynn Fortenberry, Journey Cole Bryan, Reb Lewis Fortenberry, and Rowdy Ford Fortenberry; grandparents, Patsy Colvin of Monroe, Rodney Howard of Ruston, and Kathy Martin of Fayetteville, AR.
A scholarship fund will be established at a later date.
