Funeral services for Mr. H. Dale Hendricks, 78, of West Monroe will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at the First United Methodist Church of West Monroe with Rev. Jon Tellifero officiating. Interment will follow at Hasley Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, La.
Mr. Hendricks attended the First United Methodist Church of West Monroe. He enjoyed sports especially watching his children and grandchildren. He was a member of several Coffee Club Groups which he thoroughly enjoyed and had many hunting and fishing friends. Mr. Hendricks was a natural born salesperson.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Sarah Hendricks; sons, David Hendricks, Jeff Hendricks and wife, Sara, and Mark Hendricks and wife, Debra; grandchildren, Lance Hendricks and wife, Paige, Beth Hendricks, Kevin Hendricks, Matthew Hendricks, Katie Hendricks, Amy Hendricks and Wayne Hendricks; one great grandchild, Major Hendricks; two brothers, Prentiss Hendricks and wife, Jean, and Wayne Hendricks and wife, Mary Jo; sister, Elva Dean Berry and husband, Ned; and numerous nieces nephews, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Hendricks, Matthew Hendricks, Lance Hendricks, Wayne Hendricks, Rick Hendricks, and Drew Kennedy.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of West Monroe.
