Havis Wall

Funeral services for Havis Wall, 96, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 20, 2016, in the chapel at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe, with Rev. Cecil Gregory officiating. Interment will follow at Welcome Home Cemetery, Grayson, LA.Mr. Wall died March 16, 2016, at Cornerstone Hospital in West Monroe. He served with the Monroe Police Department for 20 Years and served 18 years with the NLU Police before retiring from police duty. Mr. Wall was a WWII U.S. Army Air Corp. veteran.Mr. Wall was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Nona Wall; and his parents William and Annie Busby Wall.Survivors include his daughters, Jerry Morse and husband Jim, Kathy Lee and husband Mike; and numerous grandchildren, greatgrandchildren; and great greatgrandchildrenPallbearers will be Chris Jones, Joshua Harper, Bill Simpson, Seth Morse, John Morse, and Jim Morse.Visitation will be 5:00 PM until 7:00 Saturday, at the funeral home.
