Judy Ann Smith

Memorial Services for Judy Ann Smith, 66, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 6:00 P.M., Thursday, June 27, 2019, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA, with Rev. Carlton Utley officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until service time on Thursday.

Judy Ann Smith was born May 26, 1953 and passed away June 24, 2019. She worked for ULM for over 20 years, and she also managed The Western Store before she began working at the college. She loved her students that she helped at ULM and all her pets.

Survivors include her son, Ryan Smith and wife Alyson; mother, Geraldine Utley; brother, Carlton Utley; two grandchildren, Madison Paige Smith and Joshua Tyler Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the ULM Foundation, 700 University Ave., Monroe, LA 71209 and put in reference to Judy Utley Smith and these donations will go to help college students in need.
