Margaret Leona Lawrence Redden

Funeral services celebrating the life of Mrs. Margaret Leona Lawrence Redden, 77, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, August 24, 2018, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA, officiated by the Rev. Jeff Luellen and Rev. Rick Baker. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Calhoun, LA.
Margaret was born April 1, 1941, in Winnfield, LA, and went to her Heavenly home on August 22, 2018.
Margaret retired from Chase as a Manger over the auditing department, after a forty plus year career in the banking and lending industry. She will be remembered by her friends and family for her endless generosity and love for animals. Margaret was a member of the Baptist faith. She joined Hurricane Grove Baptist Church in Sikes, LA, as a youth.
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Redden; parents, Coy and Bertie Lawrence; brother, Gerald Lawrence; infant brother; and sister, Cecelia.
Survivors include her brother, Elbert Lawrence; sister, Carrie Hill; niece, Debbie Bayles (Kevin); nephews, Todd Lawrence (Jereta), Tony Lawrence (Anna), and Dennis Hill; niece, Patricia Schallhorn (Uri); numerous great and great- great nieces and nephews; beloved friend and companion, Brenda Thompson; and her feline friend, Buffy.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Bayles, Tim Bayles, Todd Lawrence, Tony Lawrence, Dennis Hill, and Ken Wyatt.
Honorary Pallbearers are Richard Fewell Jr. and John Becker.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until service time on Friday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
