Marion Love Simmons

Graveside services for Marion Love Simmons, 90, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Riverview Cemetery, Monroe, LA, with Rev. John Mabry officiating. Memorial service will be held, following the graveside, 11:00 a.m., at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 1901 Milton St., Monroe, LA 71201.Ms. Simmons died Monday, June 6, 2016, at Christus St. Joseph’s Home. She was a longtime member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, where she taught Sunday school for many years. She was an Executive Secretary and librarian. She retired from Columbia Chemical Company after many years of service. She loved to travel and did so often.
