Mary Florence Tatum Skains Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, Louisiana Funeral Services for Mrs. Mary Florence Tatum Skains, 82, of Bossier City, LA, will be 10:00 AM Saturday, July 28, 2007 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe with Rev. Travis Houston officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Nebo Cemetery. Mrs. Skains passed away on July 25, 2007. She was a member of Barksdale Baptist Church in Bossier City. She enjoyed visiting with friends and reminiscing about old times and enjoyed reading. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to all who knew her. She had a wonderful relationship with her family especially with nieces and nephews all over the country. She is preceded in death by her husband, Roye W. Skains, two brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Patti Fleming and husband John and Peggy Guendulay; grandchildren, Daniel Fleming and his wife Victoria, and Nicole Fleming; brother, Henry Tatum and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Pete Allen, Danny Allen, Richard Horn, Gene Terral, Tim Dubois, and Daniel Fleming. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, July 27, 2007 at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe.
