Funeral services for Mr. Michael “Mike” C. Middleton, 50, of Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 30, 2009 Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Warren Eckhardt officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Middleton passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2009. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Tim and Lottie Middleton and maternal grandparents, E.J. and Flossie Graves.
Survivors include his sons, Michael E. Middleton and wife Aimee and Douglas A. Middleton and wife Shanna; father, Fred Middleton and wife Mary Lanelle; mother, Mary E. Middleton; sisters Virginia “Ginger” Middleton and husband Andy Guschke and Darlene Honeycutt and husband Mark; two grandchildren, Emily Middleton and Cayden Middleton; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Gina Mokrey.
Honorary pallbearers will be Mark Honeycutt, Gary Breland, Bruce Parker, Neil Shaw, John Richardson, and Joey Wilhelm.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Friday, October 30, 2009 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
The family would like to give special thanks to the Monroe Fire Department, Monroe Police Department, and St. Francis Hospital staff of the MICU Unit.
