Funeral services for Mrs. Patricia Ann Smith, 65, of Monroe, will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at St. Matthews Catholic Church, Monroe, LA with Rev. Thomas Kalam officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Patricia Ann Smith passed away Monday, January 28, 2008. She was a LPN at St. Francis Medical Center. She was a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Frank Smith; son, Robert Smith and wife Dawn from Sugarland, TX; granddaughter, Caeli Smith; mother, Elaine Douglas; sisters, Karen Douglas, Helen Craig; brothers, Hosea Douglas, Michael Douglas, Dale Douglas, and Robert Douglas.
Pallbearers will be Robert Douglas, Mike Douglas, Paxton Douglas, Robert Hinton, Chris Craig, and Robert Smith.
