Patty Purdion Fields

Services for Patty Purdion Fields, 50 of St. Joseph, LA., will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at the First United Methodist Church in St. Joseph, with Rev. Wanda Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Legion Memorial Cemetery in Newellton, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro.

Mrs. Fields was a member of First United Methodist Church in St. Joseph. She loved reading books, spending time with her grandson, Alex, loved singing, loved her family and her church family. She was a homemaker, and passed away on January 13, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Mary Smith Purdion and sister, Cathy Scott.

Survivors include: 2 daughters; Mary Watt of West Monroe, and Amber Fields of St. Joseph, LA., 2 sisters; Dorothy Wright and husband Stanley of St. Joseph, LA., and Jackie Kelly and husband Kenny of Picayune, MS, grandson, Alex Maza, and fiance’, James Hankins.

Pallbearers are: Robert Wright, Jeff Foster, Trey Dozier, Eddie Applegate, Joseph Hogue, and Vincent Balsamo.

Visitation will be from 12:30 P.M. till time of service on Tuesday, January 17th at First United Methodist Church in St. Joseph, LA.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church in St. Joseph, LA.
