Funeral services for Peggy Marie Traylor will be at 2:00P.M. Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at the First United Methodist Church in Winnsboro, LA with Dr. John Traylor, Dr. Alan Miller, and Rev. Johnny Hankins with burial in Columbia Hills Cemetery in Colombia, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Winnsboro, LA.
Peggy was born in Monroe, LA and spent most of her life in Winnsboro, LA. She attended the First United Methodist Church in Winnsboro, LA.
She is survived by her husband, Justice Chet D. Traylor; sons and daughters-in-law, Noble & Susan Ellington  and Ryan and Denise Ellington all of Winnsboro; Step children Therese and Sammy Nagem of Baton Rouge, Leigh and Bart Liles of Shreveport, and Anna and Kyle Holloway of Crowville. Grandchildren include Michael Ryan Ellington of Baton Rouge, John Tyler Ellington, Elizabeth Ellington, Tucker Ellington, and Blake Ellington all of Winnsboro, Ellie and Traylor Nagem of Baton Rouge, and Mary Blake Liles of Shreveport. Her siblings include Fred and Helen McDowell of Longview, TX, Nancy and Dr. John  Bush, Ramona Welch, Merry Bayles all of Monroe, LA.
Pallbearers will be grandsons; Michael Ryan Ellington, Tyler Ellington, Tucker Ellington, Sammy Nagem, Bart Liles, Kyle Holloway, and Blake Ellington.
Visitation will be from 5P.M. until 8P.M. Monday at the First United Methodist Church. Memorials may be made to Northeast Louisiana War Veterans Home or the Cancer Society.
