Rosa Jackson Mahoney

Services for Mrs. Rosa Jackson Mahoney, age 77 of Gilbert, LA will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 14, 2010 at Turkey Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Dale Goodman and Rev. Don Blackmon officiating.  Interment will follow in Oakley Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
     Mrs. Mahoney was a member of Turkey Creek Baptist Church and a loving mother of 9 children.  She was preceded in death by her parents; J.A. and Mae Jackson, husband; W.T. Mahoney, grandson; Cody LaShea Mahoney, and sister; Dora McMurray.
     Survivors include:
Children:  Thomas Mahoney and wife Lisa of Gilbert, LA.
Dorothy Mahoney of Gilbert, LA.
James Mahoney and wife Sharon of Wisner, LA.
Calvin Mahoney, Sr. and wife JoAnn of Manteca, CA.
Martha Mahoney and Richard Burch of Pensacola, FL.
Roger Mahoney, Sr. and wife Shirley of Gilbert, LA.
Tammy and Keith Neilsen of Crowville, La.  
Marjorie Ezell and husband Larry of Gilbert, LA.
Rachel Mahoney and David Southern of Winnsboro, LA.
1 Sister:  Lula Derrick of Winnsboro, LA.
27 Grandchildren.
30 Great Grandchildren.
1 Great Great Grandchild.
Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

     Pallbearers will be nephews;  David Mahoney,  Wayne Mahoney,  Eddie Mahoney,  Paul Mahoney,  Larry Mahoney, and Ray Moore.

       Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m. Friday, August 13, 2010 at Turkey Creek Baptist Church near Gilbert, LA.
