Steve Barrett officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.Theda was born on January 16, 1945 on McComb, MS and passed away on May 10, 2016 in West Monroe, LA. She was an excellent cook, loved people and everyone who knew her loved her. Theda dedicated her life caring for the needs of others.
