Tracie was born on March 8, 1964, in Meridian, MS, and passed away on March 13, 2021, in Monroe. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard Chumley. Tracie attended Ouachita Christian High School from 7th to 10th grade when her family moved to West Monroe. She graduated with honors from West Monroe High School, where she sang lead alto in the choir. Tracie had a beautiful voice as well as a wonderful heart. She managed Town and Country Self Storage and U Haul for the past several years. Everyone who knew Tracie loved her and she will be missed by all.
Survivors include her parents, Gina and Tom Jacobs of Monroe.
Memorials may be made to the Elephant Sanctuary in Hohenwald, TN.
