Vernon Lee CampbellFuneral services for Vernon Lee Campbell, 60, formerly of Monroe will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, October 25, 2014, at the Mausoleum Chapel of Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, with Rev. Woods Watson officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Monroe.Mr. Campbell died peacefully Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at his home.Mr. Campbell retired from General Motors as a material handler. Mr. Campbell was preceded in death by his sister Annemarie Tillman, and parents, Vernon and Ilse Campbell.Survivors include his wife, Sherry Campbell; sisters, Margaret H. Cupples and husband George and Barbara Ellen Campbell; daughters, Christy Meador and Michelle McKoin; step-children, Jody Kent Phillips and James Chad Phillips.
