Funeral Services for Vincent Paul Marzula, 73, of Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday December 28, 2009 at St. Paschal’s Catholic Church in West Monroe with Rev. Job Edathinatt officiating. Interment will follow in St. Paschal’s Catholic Church Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe.
Mr. Marzula was born on June 4, 1936 in Shreveport, LA, and passed away on December 24, 2009 at his residence in Monroe, LA. He graduated from West Monroe High School in 1956 and retire after 33 years as a salesman.
Survivors include his wife Eva Marzula, children, Tina Collins of Lawrenceville, Ga, Vincent Paul Marzula, Jr. of Grayson, GA; sisters, Rosemary Fowlkes, and Theresa Massey; brother, John F. Marzula and wife Ann; sister-in-law, Cecile Marzula; two sons by marriage, Tommy Hallmark and Adam Anderson both of Center, TX; seven grandchildren ; numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Vince P. Marzula, Jr., Leon Miletello, Jim Worthey, Joey Marzula, Robbie Fowlkes, and Fred Hooter.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Gerald Trahan, and Ricky Matlock.
Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Sunday December 27, 2009 and a tribute service will be held at 6:00 P.M. Sunday at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe.
Memorials may be made to the St. Mary’s Residential Training School in Alexandria, LA.
