Services for Mr. Walton Monroe Toney, 79 of Delhi, LA will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 23, 2014 in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro with Bro. Don Thornton officiating. Interment will follow in Reagan Cemetery in Baskin, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro.Mr. Toney was a retired factory worker and passed away on August 21, 2014.He was preceded in death by his parents; Charles and Ada Toney, 3 brothers, Lee, Sam, and Jessie Toney, and sister, June Wollerson.Survivors include: Wife of 32 years: Ursula Toney of Delhi, LA.4 Children: David Frey of Bee Branch, AR.Robert Frey of Rayville, LA.Audrey Green of Kilbourne, LA.Jesse Frey of Vilonia, AR.2 Brothers: William “Buddy” Toney of West Monroe, LA.Ralph Toney of Winnsboro, LA.3 Sisters: Jeanette Slaughter of Vicksburg, MS.Elaine Leak of Winnsboro, LA.Clara Bell Nettles of Monroe, LA.9 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.Pallbearers are: Ryan Slaughter, Michael Edwards, Ralph Wayne Toney,Kenneth Toney, Kevin Leake, and Charles Nettles.
