Funeral services for Mr. Wayne Smith, 56, of Downsville, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, September 29, 2008 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Pastor Randy Bardwell officiating. Interment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Calhoun, LA.
Mr. Smith was born on February 29, 1952 in West Monroe, LA and passed away on September 24, 2008. Wayne was retired from Riverwood International.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Cason Smith; son, Jason Smith and wife Melanie and Jason’s mother, Jo Ann Smith; step children, Clay Smith and wife Brandi, and Casey Smith; 5 grandchildren; brothers and sister, Jerry Clampit, Tommy Heath and Shelia Roberts.
Pallbearers will be Matt Jones, Clay Smith, Jerry Davis, Mike Smith, Jeremy Moore, Gil Guiterrez.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Terry Guiterrez, Don Sellers, Patrick May, Eric Crain and Butch Hibbard
Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Sunday at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA
