Anthony Victor "Tony" Ditta, Jr.

Graveside services for Anthony Victor (Tony) Ditta, Jr. 54, of Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, May 1, 2023 at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA with Deacon Bill Goss officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Monroe, LA.

Tony died April 22, 2023 at his residence after a sudden illness.

He was a graduate of St. Frederick Catholic High School. He attended the University of Louisiana Monroe. He was a musician in his early years playing on tour with a couple of bands, Apache Rain and Nicks Speed. He was a private investigator, real estate appraiser and security guard at Swanson Correctional.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony Victor “Butch” Ditta, Sr. and Betty Ann Barnhill Sullivan; brother, Joe David Ditta; grandparents, John Victor and Nettie Ditta.

Survivors: Companion, Shana Gladfelter; daughters, Alexandria Claire Ditta and Savannah Brooke Ditta; brother, Damian Ditta; and sister, Danielle Ditta Rosenblath; Uncles, John C. Ditta, Joey Ditta and wife, Sally, and David Ditta and wife, Trish; and several cousins.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
