On June 29, 2026, our precious and deeply loved baby boy, Anthony Thomas was born into this world surrounded by love and prayers. He was held tenderly by his parents and family and was carried peacefully into the arms of Jesus. Though his time here was far too brief, he will remain a beautiful blessing, a tiny miracle and we will treasure his memory in our hearts. He is our greatest what-if, our deepest ache, and our sweetest forever.

Anthony was met in heaven by his Grandfather, David W. Pierce and fur sister, Zoe; Great Grandparents, Kathryn J. and Billy L. Haines. Sr.; Great Grandfathers, Peter G. Mulhearn, Sr., and Walter J. Pierron, Jr.; Great Grandmother, Cindy M. Breland; and Great-Great Grandparents, Doris and Curtis Martin, Marie and Thomas Mulhearn, Sr. and Elsie and Dean Bartleson.

Those left to cherish his memory are his Parents, Anthony and Sarah Mulhearn Haines and fur sister Mia; Grandparents: Cliff Haines, Shelli Pierce, Butch and Diane Mulhearn; Great Grandparents: Nancy Pierron and Eugene and Mevelene Clark; Aunt, Michelle Szumski and husband Jason their daughters Hailey, Breanna “Bear,” and Mikayla; Uncle, Cliff Haines and Brandi Rodgers and daughter Jennifer Lopez; Aunt, Jelisa Haines and daughter Barbara; Aunt, Tiffany Haines; Uncle, Derek Pierce and daughter Lily Ana; Uncle, Connor Pierce and wife Hannah; Aunt, Kallan Mulhearn; and many great aunts and uncles, cousins and family who will carry his love in their hearts forever.

A private graveside service with family was held to honor and celebrate the life of Anthony Thomas Haines, on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe, Louisiana.

The family wishes to extend special thanks to Dr. Kerry Tynes, MD, Stephanie Ferrell RN, BSN, and the staff of the Birth Place at Christus Highland Hospital in Shreveport, LA.
