Funeral Services for Arlene Parks, 89, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 11:00AM Wednesday, November 16, 2022, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe with Rev. Eugene Brown and Beverly Froman officiating. Interment will follow in the Coax Cemetery, Baskin, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Mrs. Parks was born on July 27, 1933, in Bonita, LA and passed away on November 12, 2022, in West Monroe, LA. She was a wonderful cook and loved her family. She enjoyed working in her yard and gardening. Mrs. Parks was preceded in death by her husband, W. R. Parks; parents, Robert and Gladys Kilcrease; 4 siblings; and grandson-in-law, Robby Smith.

Survivors include her children, Deborah Parker and husband Robert; and Michael Parks and wife Judy; six grandchildren, Angela Smith and husband Donald, Wade Parker, Adrian Nichols and husband Chris, Ryan Parks, Ashley Peel and husband Daniel, and Amber Hardy and husband Brent; ten great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; brother, M.O. Porter; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Pallbearers will be Donald Smith, Christopher Nichols, Jared Smith, Nicholas Dean, Dakota Dean, Ryan Parks, Brent Hardy, and Daniel Peel. Honorary Pallbearer will be Wade Parker.

Visitation will be held from 9:30AM until service time on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
