Nanners was born in Monroe, Louisiana, on May 15, 1996. Following the passing of her mother, she made the courageous decision at the end of her junior year of high school to move to Maryland to live with her aunt and uncle. She earned her high school diploma from Manchester Valley High School in Carroll County, Maryland, in 2015. Following her passion for helping others, she attended Carroll Community College, where she majored in Early Childhood Education.
Nanners later moved to Missouri to continue building a life alongside her aunt and uncle and began a dedicated career in healthcare. She worked as a nursing assistant for a time and later as a patient accounts representative at CoxHealth in Springfield, Missouri, where she spent seven years making a difference in the lives of patients and coworkers alike.
Nanners was a kind and resilient soul who faced the challenges of living with a seizure disorder with courage and determination. She never let that stop her from pursuing her dreams and touching the lives of everyone she met. She will be remembered for her silly laugh that ended with a snort, her goofy smile, and most importantly, her kind heart. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Her warmth, determination, humor, and joyful spirit will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know and love her.
