Billie was born on August 10, 1937 and went to be with Jesus on November 7, 2025 after a lengthy illness. Billie was a lifelong resident of West Monroe.

As a lifetime member of First West she served in many areas including children’s choir, adult choir, clerical positions, nursery director and food service director. She worked for many years at The Trenton House in West Monroe. Billie enjoyed any position that allowed her to be around others and visit.

Billie is survived by her 3 children from her marriage to Henry A. Little; daughter, Cindy Cameron and husband John; sons, Mark Little and wife Judy; Todd Little and wife Kandy. Her Grandchildren lovingly called her “Bibi” and include Jonathan Cameron (Courtney), Julia Cameron McDonald (Justin), Ashley Little, Mary Hoggatt, Alaina Little, Jacob Little, Cheyenne Little Brister (Matthew), Sierra Little Horstmeier (Samuel) and Auger Little (Rachel). Her grandson Jason Paul Cameron preceded her in death. Great-Grandchildren include Charlotte Reine, Josiah, and Aviline Cameron; Jason and Jolie McDonald; Orion Pittman; John Paul and Jonah Hoggatt; Don and Allie Brister; and Gentry Horstmeier.

Billie is also preceded in death by her second husband, Morris J. Dupre. Billie and Morris enjoyed more than 20 years together traveling, Cajun dancing and serving together at First West in the singles ministry, median adult life group, sanctuary choir and many events through her role as food service director. She was fortunate enough to become a part of Morris’s South Louisiana family and enjoyed many times with them. Her bonus children include Julie and Wayne Mire, Bill and Rhonda Dupre, Allen Dupre, and Mike and Jenny Dupre. Grandchildren include Lacey Sonnier (Derrick); Caley Brigthwell (Ryan); Andre Dupre; Eric Dupre (Gabby); Austin Dupre (Nikki); Raelyn Touchet (Broc); Alayna Carter; and Tobin and Seth Dupre. Great-Grandchildren include Bishop Sonnier; Liam and Lyla Brightwell; Sydney Touchet; Charlie and Avery Carter; and one future great-grandchild.

Billie is also survived by many special nieces and nephews from the Hobbs, Beeson and Little families who have been so good to her through visits, taking food and check on her in these last years.

The family request in lieu of flowers that memorials be given to:

The Jason Paul Cameron Foundation
P.O. Box 2474
West Monroe, LA 71291-2474

The Foundation was established after the death of Billie’s grandson, Jason. The Foundation provides financial assistance to young people through educational scholarships, scholarships to youth camps, mentoring opportunities that share about Christ, providing Bibles and devotional to young people and offering grief support materials to families and grief groups. Billie loved the works of the foundations and always wanted to be sure others knew Christ.

A private family memorial was held to honor her life.

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:7
