Services for Mrs. Billie Jean Clark Medlin, 79 of Rayville will be 3:00PM Saturday, October 26, 2013 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home-Rayville with Dr. Eddie Wren officiating. Mrs. Billie was born on December 20, 1933 and passed away October 24, 2013. Burial will follow in the Rayville Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home-Rayville.
She was a 1951 graduate of Rayville High School where she was a cheerleader and loved playing basketball. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was employed by LA Gas and retired from Boles Law Firm.
She is preceded in death by her parents-James S. and Virgie Adcock Clark; daughter-Charlotte Adcock; and a brother-Charles Clark.
Survivors include her husband of 61 years-Lawrance H. Medlin and grandson, Joseph Forman. Also, beloved survivors include James Adcock, father of her two grandsons Clint and Clark Adcock. Billie will be missed by her many long-time friends and special friend, Tracie Cook; host of family members.
Pallbearers will be Arnold Adcock, Mitch Adcock, Ronnie Adcock, Mark Bennett, Marcus Bennett, and “Scooter” Medlin.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 26, 2013 at 2:00PM till service time in the chapel of Mulhearn-Rayville.
