A memorial service for Mr. Brian Robert Fassett, 79, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church with Rev. Peter Mallya and Deacon Bill Goss officiating.

Mr. Fassett was born on October 31, 1946, in Detroit, MI, and passed away on February 18, 2026, in Monroe. He was a college professor for over 50 years at NLU/ULM in Graphic Designs.

Mr. Fassett was preceded in death by his parents, Robert C. Fassett and Marjorie Elaine Fassett.

Survivors include his wife, Terri Seidenspinner Fassett; step-daughter, Jennifer Robin Gay and husband Michael; grandchildren, Amber and Chase Gay; sister, Kathryn Louise Brooks; brother, Bruce Alan Fassett; sister-in-law, Betty Albritton and husband Bill; and brother-in-law, Wayne Seidenspinner and wife Denise.

In lieu of flowers family requests memorials be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
