Graveside services celebrating the life of Carolyn Rose Richardson, 83, of Center Point, Louisiana, will be held at 11:00 A.M, Friday, July 31st, 2026, at Greer Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Rayville, Louisiana.

Carolyn R. Bozeman Richardson, 83, passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2026.

Carolyn was born on September 16, 1942, in Rayville, LA, to the union of Walter Ray & Lucille Bozeman. Member of Zebedee Baptist Church. She lived much of her life in West Monroe and Center Point, Louisiana.

She graduated from Rayville High School in 1961, blessed with two children, five grandchildren and one loving sister. She worked many years for the Federal government’s U.S. Fish & Wildlife Services. She retired and relocated closer to family to enjoy many years with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Ray Bozeman and Lucille Branch Bozeman, and brother in law, David Howard.

Survivors to cherish her memory include her two daughters and their spouses, Tina & Shannon Dauzat of Center Point, LA, and Terri & Chris Bono of Concord, MA; sister, Glenda Howard of Rayville, LA; grandchildren, Madison Dauzat, Caden Dauzat, Alissa Bono, Annabella Bono, and Christopher Bono.

The family would like to thank the staff at Oak Haven Community Care Center for the 10 plus years for their compassionate care.
