A Graveside Service for Mrs. Charlene Hoy, 79, of West Monroe, La will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Liberty Grove Church of God in West Monroe, La. Under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe. Mrs. Hoy was born on August 11, 1936 and passed away on March 21, 2016. She is preceded in death by her husband Walter and grandchildren; Frankie, Stephanie and Brandon Hoy, and her sister Bernice Moore and husband Tom. Survivors include: her son, Wayne Hoy and wife Brenda, her daughters, Susan Poole and Elizabeth Blood and husband Noland, grandchildren, Roy Wayne Hoy Jr., Dana Mitchell, Walter Lovett and Charity Thompson, great grandchildren, Sadie Thompson, Victoria and Dexter Lovett and her sister Gennie Mae Booth and husband F.M.
