Funeral Services for Clara Moore Sikes will be held at 2:00PM Wednesday, October 28, 2026 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe with Rev. Jon Tellifero officiating. Interment will follow in Hasley Cemetery, West Monroe. Visitation will be held from 1:00PM until service time on Wednesday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Clara was born August 1, 1935, in Monroe, LA and passed away on October 24, 2026 in Monroe, LA. She is preceded in death by her husbands, James Hibbard & Jerry Sikes; parents, Phillip Moore & Sadie (Pailette) Moore Shiel; son, Rodney Hibbard; grandson, Jesse Hibbard; great-grandson, Dawson Hibbard; and her sisters Vera (Moore) Davis, Jean (Moore) MacManus and Betty (Shiel) Walker.

Survivors include her daughter, Rhonda (Hibbard) and husband Phil Carter; son, Gary Hibbard and wife Teresa; daughter-in-law, Sylvia Hibbard; step-daughter, Sandy (Sikes) and husband Mark Grubbs; step-son, Alex Sikes and wife Lyndsey; sister, Mary (Shiel) Horne of Jacksonville, FL; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; nine great-great grands; and one due in January 2027.
