Cramer “Bud” Hubert Hopper, Jr., 86, of Columbia, LA, passed away on February 24, 2026, in Monroe, LA.

Bud was born on January 17, 1940, in Vicksburg, MS. He was a graduate of Delhi High School, Delhi, LA; and was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Bud was preceded in death by his father, Cramer Hubert Hopper, Sr., and mother, Kathryn Harkey Hopper Adams.

Survivors include his brothers, John T. Hopper, Jarrell Hopper and Randy Hopper; and his sister, Judi C. Gaharan.

A memorial graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, March 2, 2026, at the Northeast Louisiana Veterans’ Cemetery in Rayville, LA, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd., Monroe, LA.
