Obituary

Daniel Darrin Easterly, our precious and deeply loved baby boy was born on March 27, 2026. He was welcomed into the arms of Jesus far too soon on March 29,2026. Though his time on earth was brief, his life left an everlasting imprint on the hearts of all who loved him.

Daniel was the cherished son of Drew & Allison Easterly and the beloved grandson of Brandon and Rosanna Blair and Mike and Lori Easterly. From the very beginning, he was surrounded by overwhelming love, prayers, and hope. During his time here, Daniel showed a strength that inspired everyone around him. He was deeply loved, held close, and spoken to with tenderness, which are moments his family will forever treasure. Though we did not get to keep him here, we find comfort & peace in knowing that Daniel is now resting in Heaven, cradled in the arms of our Savior and reunited with our loved ones who went before him. His life, though short, had great purpose. He brought people together in prayer, strengthened faith, and reminded us all of the preciousness of life. Daniel will always be remembered as a beautiful blessing, a tiny miracle, and a forever part of our family. His memory will live on in the hearts of his parents, grandparents, and all who loved him so dearly.

Daniel is preceded in death by his great grandfather, “Pop” Charles Beck; his great grandmother, “Meme” Donna Blair; his maternal great grandparents, Carl & Barbara Allison; his paternal great grandfather, Ezra Easterly who now welcome him home.

Daniel is survived by his parents, Drew and Allison Easterly of Ruston, LA; grandparents, Brandon and Rosanna Blair of Amory, MS and Mike & Lori Easterly of West Monroe, LA; his aunts and uncles, Branden and Katie York of Amory, MS, Drew Blair of Amory, MS, Seth Easterly of West Monroe, LA, Jimmy and Christa Martin of West Monroe, LA; his great grandparents, Jan and Russell Clouse of Amory, MS, Aubrey and Evelyn Blair of West Point, MS, Letha Easterly of Georgia, Ala.; his five cousins, Grant & Caroline York of Amory, MS, Ella, Lilla & Joel Martin of West Monroe, LA and many great aunts and uncles who will carry his love in their hearts forever.
