Memorial services for Mrs. Doris Ann Hamlett, 83, of Monroe, will be held at 1:15 PM Wednesday, December 31, 2008, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Rev. Joe Reynolds officiating.
Mrs. Hamlett passed away Monday, December 29, 2008, at Glenwood Regional Medical Center. She was the retired owner of a dog grooming service and kennel.
Survivors include her daughter, Sheryl “Sherry” Gibson and husband Ted of Chatham, LA; son, William M. Fuller and wife Brenda of Marshfield, MO; grandchildren, Matthew and Megan Gibson, Christopher M. Gibson, Luke Fuller, and Kacee Fuller; and former husband and father of her children, William M. Fuller Ret. Col. U. S. Army.
Visitation will be from 12:30 PM until service time Wednesday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ouachita Humane Society.
