Doris Marie Osbon

Funeral services celebrating the life of Doris Marie Osbon, 88, of Downsville, Louisiana, will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, June 29, 2024, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, with Rev. Ricky Bonnett officiating. Interment will be held immediately after at Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home. The visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service.

Doris was born on February 3, 1936, in Winnsboro, Louisiana, to parents, Sam and Mildred Davis, and she passed away on June 25, 2024, in Downsville, Louisiana.

She was a member of one of the first classes to graduate from West Monroe High School. After graduating high school, Doris married Harold “Tonky” Judson Osbon, and they raised five children together. She spent many years working for several companies in a clerical capacity. After retirement, she loved to spend time with her family and working in her garden.

Doris was predeceased by her loving husband of fifty-five years, Harold “Tonky” Judson Osbon; and her youngest child, Mark Allen Osbon.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Elaine Sullivan and her husband, Glen, Ronnie Osbon and his wife, Angie, Pam Ingram and her husband, Bobby, and Kay Lee and her husband, Royce; sister, Mary Pippins; as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

The pallbearers will be Brian Sullivan, Kyle Osbon, Zachary Osbon, Scott Cannady, Nathan Lenard, and Joshua Lenard.
