Memorial Services for Mr. Edwin A. Smith Jr., 69, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 4:00 P.M. Wednesday September 19, 2007 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Dr. Greg Clark officiating.
Mr. Smith was born on December 16, 1937 and passed away on September 17, 2007. He loved fast pitch softball and also loved reading.
Survivors include his children, Eva Smith and David Smith; grandchildren, Brandi Johnston, Andy Smith and Shaina Fast; and great grandson, Brett Fast
Visitation will be from 3:30 P.M. until service time Wednesday at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA
