Elizabeth Ann Moore Sutterfield

Elizabeth Ann Moore Sutterfield, 79, passed away on May 15, 2023.

Ann was born on March 22, 1944. She was the only child of Clyde and Elizabeth Moore. She grew up in Sherman, Texas and later moved to Dallas when she was eight years old.

She graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in Dallas and attended Baylor University.

Ann married the love of her life, Richard Dean Sutterfield, in 1982. They lived many happy years together in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, before relocating to Louisiana. However, Ann never forgot her Texas heritage and was a proud member of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas.

Ann is survived by her son, Nelson (Nick) Alden and wife Rachel; granddaughter, Addison; as well as many friends that mourn her loss.

A family memorial will be held at a later date.
